RETURN & EXCHANGE
Thank you for shopping at bestfashionshoe.com. Our members of QA team inspect each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customers satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund.
15 Days Easy Exchange and Return:
Online Purchase (final sale excluded) are valid for exchange and return within 15 days from the delivered date. Our return center is in China.
All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively get a refund.
Return & Exchange Condition
- Please contact us within 15 days starting from the day you receive your order.
- Return shipping fees are at customers' own expense.
- Final sale products are not covered by warranty.
- Returns must be received in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered in any way. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume or stains will be subjected to refusal.
- Any addresses on the parcel is not approved as return address. Returned package without authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned. Return shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.
- After receiving your returned package, we will issue the refund to your original payment account within a business week or ship out an exchange order within 3 business days accordingly. Normally you'll receive the refund in a week after our issuing.
- Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at email@example.com to request the exchange/return.
Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.
